Late Cancellations
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment please let us know.
If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, there may be a 50% deposit taken for any future appointments.
We will send out a reminder text a couple of days before your appointment. Please send a reply, it would be appreciated!
Late Arrivals
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
